Hold Me Tight Workshop

The Hold Me Tight workshop is open to any couple interested in understanding and strengthening their relationship. This educational workshop will help couples recognize their negative conflict cycle, prevent a conflict, and reconnect. The Hold Me Tight workshop uses the concept of emotionally focused therapy, which has a 70 percent to 75 percent success rate. Couples who participate in the workshops will have the opportunity to learn without sharing details about their relationship.

The Hold Me Tight workshop will be from 6:00-7:30 PM and run for four sessions on Mondays from March 19 until April 9, 2012. The workshops will be held on-campus. Each session is $45 or if paid in full, $120.
